Mr. Hernandez graduated from Lyon College in 2014, with a bachelor's degree in political science with an emphasis in legal studies. He joined Mr. Pearce at Bailey & Oliver Law Firm in 2022 as Mr. Pearce's Legal Assistant. He now assists Mr. Pearce as his Office Manager at Pearce Legal, PLLC. He has a strong drive to help secure favorable outcomes for our clients. Mr. Hernandez serves as the first point of contact between our clients and Pearce Legal, PLLC.
Abigail Todd is a law clerk for Charlie Pearce, where she conducts legal research, assists with drafting and reviewing documents, and helps ensure the firm’s daily operations run smoothly and efficiently. Abigail plays an integral role in supporting case preparation and client matters through her attention to detail and strong organizational skills. She will graduate from the University of Arkansas School of Law in May 2026 and plans to begin practicing law in the Fall of 2026.
