Meet Our Attorneys

A Passion for Justice

Attorney, military veteran, and former police officer.

Tony Noblin was raised in the heart of Northwest Arkansas. He graduated from Rogers High School before furthering his education at the University of Arkansas' School of Law and John Brown University. Unlike many attorneys and their familiar path to becoming a partner in a firm, Tony has a much different story.

Before becoming a lawyer, Tony's life experiences included working as a DEA task force officer, a drug task force officer for the 19th Judicial District, a Rogers police officer, and an intelligence controller in the United States Air Force. Tony credits his 25 years of service to the military, law enforcement, and time spent as a lawyer for teaching him the importance of justice.

Today, Tony is a managing partner at Noblin & Pearce located in downtown Rogers. He has been in practice for over 17 years years seeking justice, offering sound advice, and serving as a trusted legal counsel for countless clients across Northwest Arkansas.

A Heart for the Community

Over the years, Tony has become known as being honest, fair, and wise. His depth of community involvement includes serving on the Rogers Planning Commission and the Rogers Rotary Club Downtown, where Mr. Noblin served as Charter President. He also served as Past Vice-chair of Drug-Free Benton County, Past President of Friends of Hobbs State Park, Past President and Charter Member of the Small Business Council, the Rogers Public Education Foundation, and a Rocky Branch Volunteer Fireman. Tony also enjoys spending time with his family.

An Experienced Professional

Charlie Pearce is a native Arkansan, having been raised in beautiful Magnolia. He obtained a BA in Communications from Southern Arkansas University before moving to Northwest Arkansas in 1992. He was an award-winning video producer for local companies until he decided to make a career change and attend the University of Arkansas School of Law. Upon graduation in 2008, he began practicing law in an uncertain economy. This caused Charlie to garner experience in many areas of the law. From adoptions, bankruptcies, contracts, criminal defense, estate planning, expungements, family law, guardianships, pardons, real estate, trusts, and wills, Charlie has various cases under his belt. Charlie has had multiple jury trials in both civil and criminal matters. He offers 30-minute free consultations.

In his free time, he enjoys camping with his wife Holly and two dogs, Remi and ZeZe, sports, and zoning out while mowing his yard.

"My life's work has always emphasized justice. In the U.S. Air Force, I defended the idea expressed in the last three words of the Pledge of Allegiance - justice for all. As a Rogers police officer, I was a boots-on-the-ground advocate for justice in our local communities. Today, as an attorney, I represent my clients with integrity to fight for justice on their behalf."
